With over 30 years’ experience as a recruiter in multiple sectors including the marketing, PR and business sectors Liz has a wealth of knowledge.
A serial business owner herself she also knows what it takes to set up and run successful sole trade, freelance and limited company businesses.

Gina is a Sociology and Social Policy Graduate from Cardiff University. She works part time for a community organisation and an admin assistant and has established herself as a freelance administrator and virtual assistant.
She’s also Joanna’s daughter!

Joanna has worked in PR and communications agencies over her 30-year career as well several years as a freelancer herself.
She has run several businesses, worked as a sole trader and is a qualified business and career coach.
